Here's a list of common questions we get:

What is a deep clean? 

A deep clean is a detailed cleaning that requires extra effort and time to properly dust, scrub, wipe down, sanitize, vacuum, and mop your home. 

Is an online quote the final price?

No, you will receive a price range with an online quote. You will need to schedule an in-home estimate to get a final price which is usually within the price range given. 

Do you charge an hourly rate?

No, we charge a fixed price based on several factors, mainly house size, what you need to be cleaned, and the condition of your home. 

Do you wash carpet?

We don't wash carpet, we only vacuum. 

Where is your business located?

Maid 4 Homes, LLC is located and operated in Menifee, California. 

Which areas do you serve? 

We serve Menifee, Murrieta, Temecula, Winchester, Lake Elsinore, and Perris.

Can I pay electronically?

Yes, you can pay electronically. We accept Zelle and credit cards. There is a 2.5% processing fee for credit cards—no fee when using Zelle. 

What are your common time slots for cleaning?

We prefer to start anytime between 8-10 am for a one-time cleaning. For recurring service, we like to start between 8-9:30 am or 12-1:30 pm

Do you offer same-day or next day service?

Yes, but availability is not guaranteed. For same-day service, you will need to call before 10:30 am. 

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we have our cleaning supplies, including vacuums. You can also request that we use your cleaning supplies, mop, and vacuum if preferred. 

Who do I contact to schedule, reschedule or cancel service?

Contact the manager for anything related to scheduling and cancellation. The manager is Camilo Escobedo, and can be reached at (951) 370-0650. 

Do you clean outside windows?

Yes, but only first-floor windows if your house is two stories and windows that are easy to access.  

Can you remove cobwebs from high ceilings?

We can remove cobwebs from high ceilings using our extendable pole duster. 

What if am not satisfied with the cleaning service?

If you're unsatisfied with the cleaning, don't hesitate to contact the manager at (951) 370-0650. We will gladly return to re-clean the areas missed or that were not cleaned properly.
